Can I get a refund?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. 

Contact us at eotm.store@gmail.com to begin the return process, providing your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How long will my order take?
This is a print on demand store, so the standard production time is 7-14 days.

Shipping timeframes for Australian orders are as follows:
 

Regular Australia Post (production time + 2-7 days delivery) - $10 for the first item, then $0.25c per item after that. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.

Express Australia Post (production time + 1-day delivery) - $15 for the first item, then $1 extra per item after that. Express post is typically overnight unless you live in a rural location.

For international orders: 
International (production time + 4-40* days delivery) - Starting at $15+ delivery. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.
